Minnesota Passenger Train and Rail Road Services

Minnesota lacks major railway services for passengers,Only few existing passengers services are found:

1)The Empire Builder which is operated by Amtrak which covers following stations in the state
  • Winona
  • Red Wing
  • St. Paul
  • St. Cloud
  • Staples
  • Detroit Lakes


2)Hiawatha Line - Operates in Hennepin County between Minneapolis to Bloomington
Major Stations:
  • St. Paul International Airport
  • Mall of America

3)North Shore Scenic Railroad(Heritage Rail line)

4)Lake Superior and Mississippi Railroad(Heritage Rail line)

5)Osceola and St. Croix Valley Railway(Heritage Rail line)
